Returns and Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is in the expected condition. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within this 30-day period.

  • Original Condition Required

    Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

    Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping costs).

    Customers wishing to exchange or return products must fill out the returns form within thirty (30) days after receiving the parcel.

    Safely Pack

    The items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the merchandise is in its original condition, clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused.

    Please pack the items securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

    NoShanks reserves the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to the sender if they do not meet these conditions.

    Processing Your Return or Exchange

    Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused condition. Please allow 1-4 business days for us to process your exchange. You will be notified by email once we have received your return and shipped the exchanged item.

    Your exchange will be sent to the same address as your original order.

    Damages and Issues

    Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and ensure you’re satisfied. If any damage occurs outside of the 30 day window, no replacement will be made since we are unable to control how the product was used or handled in that time-frame. Please note, the NoShanks team will first conduct a physical inspection of the item. NoShanks reserves the right to deny an exchange if the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing fault.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    We are unable to accept returns gift cards.

    Return & Refund Request Form

    Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to process your request. Once processed, we will send you an email containing a waybill for returning your product. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
