Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, our 30-day return policy allows you to do so within 30 days of placing your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

To initiate a return, please log into your profile and request a return. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll promptly address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
