No, we only operate in South Africa, so we only accept orders and provide shipping within the country.

We work with several couriers, though the majority of our orders are delivered by The Courier Guy. Our other partners include RAM, Fastway, Internet Express, and Skyway.

Shipping is free for orders over R1000. For orders under that amount, a R95 shipping fee applies. Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Once you place your order, you’ll receive shipping updates starting from the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Expect emails to keep you informed. If you need to track your order, you can do so onthis page or directly with the shipping partner. Your tracking number will always be sent to you.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, simply visit your account page or contact us at info@noshanks.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping costs for returns may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
